Hey there! I'm Tong and welcome to my home! It is conveniently located in the Charming Historic District of Fondren and just a short drive to the new District at Eastover. Tucked away from the awful construction on State street, this place is easily accessible from the interstate and has access to bike/walking paths. The space This is a private bedroom on the 2nd floor. The room is furnished with antique furniture crafted in Natchez, MS. There is a comfy queen-size bed, with high thread count sheets, and pillows. You will have direct access to the balcony from the bedroom as well as the upstairs rec-room. The room includes a 32-inch smart TV with roku. The upstairs rec-room is open to use and may be shared by another airbnb guest. There is a shared full bath upstairs for you to use as well as a half bath downstairs. The bathroom has been recently touched up, the water pressure is great, and the water is nice and hot. Basic sundries will be available. The kitchen and upstairs rec room are open to use. There is also a set of french doors upstairs that leads to a 60' wide balcony! Please use it! A washer and dryer is available to guests that book for 2 or more days.
