Characterful 1930’s semi detached family home with original artwork, garden, and outdoor dining. Peasholm Park at the end of the street and the beach just a short walk away. Scarborough town is easily reached on foot for all amenities. Family friendly home within a quiet area with free on street parking (cards/disk). Self check in with keysafe and hassle free accommodation. This is our family home, we live nearby and welcome you to enjoy your stay in sunny Scarborough! The space Large kitchen dining room to enjoy with a comfortable lounge and upstairs two double bedrooms and a single. One bathroom with a bath and shower and separate toilet. There is a games and puzzles cupboard in the dinning room, please enjoy. A washing machine and dishwasher in the kitchen and a television/ music / DVD player in the lounge. Outside seating in the private back garden, bbq available on request. Table for two in the front Guest access Short slope to front door. Rear private garden area and a small sunroom, single step down. Other things to note Our cat has lived here previously so if any allergy suffers please be aware. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper, too much toilet paper will cause blockages. Please open the window a little when showering to avoid steam and mildew.
