The house has an outdoor fireplace and secured wood for the barbecue. A spacious courtyard in front of the house covered with vine for shade will allow you to fully relax in an intimate setting overlooking the sea. The house is about 100m from the sea. The host is not present in the house. The landlord is not required to accept additional unannounced people and pets, so they need to be announced in advance. The space The house is not on a public pass, but is located a bit isolated from the main communication. The first neighbor is about 50m away. Other things to note Since there are no shops on the island, I send all the food and supplies by a regular line that arrives in Salbunara Bay every morning at 9am. We practice having the guest order the necessary items for me by phone for a few days and I send them to them by boat in the morning.
