The space The apartment is composed of a living room, TV; well-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, induction cooktop, microwave; south-facing balcony with barbecue table and chairs for 6 people, 2 sun loungers. Bedroom bed 160 X 200 cm, large closets, Large Mezzanine with trundle beds (4 single beds) bathroom, toilet. Independent entrance with a balcony. Linens are not provided, possibility to rent them. The residence is secured by an electric gate, parking, large park with path leading directly to the beach. Shops are 5 minutes walk: supermarket, pharmacy, doctor, post office, restaurants. In July and August, rental is from Saturday to Saturday, and for other periods, minimum 7 nights, check-in and check-out day on request depending on calendar availability.
