Yellow-green stilt house

Our pile houses have a lovingly designed, unique ambience, without Wi-Fi, without TV, but with many details to discover: for the eye, for the ear, for the soul, which you can just let dangle with us. Bookable starting from two nights. In summer, fresh herbs grow on the house's own terraces, and old fruit varieties can be eaten. For breakfast, we will spoil you with an organic quality breakfast basket, seasonally stocked with in-house products. The space The stilt houses are located on our organic farm in the Rottal ("Tuscany of Lower Bavaria"). From the yellow house you can look into the crowns of our fruit trees, from the blue house you can enjoy unrestricted views over the valleys. Both cottages are biologically built, from moon phase-cut wood from our own forest to the walls clad with clay plaster. The interior combines nostalgic elements with modern comforts (underfloor heating, selected individual pieces of furniture). The cottages are heated by a wood-burning stove - the required firewood is included in the price - which spreads its crackling, cozy warmth. The breakfast basket is individually prepared and costs €18 per adult, children by arrangement. Four-legged guests are also welcome here. They pay €7.50 per day and are billed separately. Final cleaning €80.00 per cottage. On the ground floor there is a double bed, on the loft a single bed. Another mattress can be provided in the loft for an extra charge of €20.00 per night. Guest access Guests have access to the entire farm grounds. Beautiful places for barbecuing, as well as a small charcoal grill are also available to our guests. From spring 2019, it is possible to book a moonlight bath in our enameled, cast iron bathtubs on our bath terrace under the stars for an extra charge. Other things to note A tasty welcome greeting awaits our guests upon their arrival in the cottage..... The kitchen has various spices; espresso, which is freshly ground close by and also interesting tea blends. Salt and pepper mills are provided. Everything is of course in organic quality and included in the overnight price!
