Take advantage of the beautiful surroundings for long hikes, bicycle rides and walks, cultural and historical. The Eifel also offers paradisiacal routes for motorcyclists. The space Our cottage offers 110 sqm of living space and is tastefully and functionally furnished. So that you can feel at home immediately on vacation. Our holiday home has a living area of about 110 sqm. The house can accommodate five people. The sleeping options extend to three bedrooms. Our house is equipped with a toddler bed, high chair, and play table for children. For a relaxing stay, a spacious kitchen and a large living room are available. For laundry, a washing machine, electric dryer, iron and ironing board are provided. Internet connection is possible via Wi-Fi. At the back of the house you will find plenty of space to relax. In addition, a garden table, umbrella and chairs incl. seat cushions and a charcoal grill. On the property there is a large meadow, which can also be shared. The kitchen is equipped with a modern fitted kitchen. A detailed description of the equipment can be found in the Equipment section. The living room has satellite TV, stereo and DVD player. The cozy seating combination, consisting of a three- and two-seater couch and armchairs, creates a relaxing atmosphere. A cozy reading corner completes the room. Our three cozy bedrooms are furnished in a country house style. The rooms consist of a double bedroom with table, chairs and wardrobe, as well as a twin bedroom also with table, chairs and wardrobe. The third room is a single room, equipped like the rooms before. The kitchen, pantry and living room, as well as a guest toilet, are located on the middle floor. Two bedrooms and a shower room are upstairs. The cozy single room is in the basement of the house. We run our house as a non-smoking house. No rental for professional purposes. Since our house is run as a vacation home, it is only suitable for installers to a limited extent. A booking by fitters or students is possible after prior consultation Unfortunately, we do not accept pets Note: From March 2026, the Wiesentalstraße in Lissendorf will be renovated. There may therefore be noise and limited access to the vacation home at times. We are in contact with the community to minimize the inconvenience to our guests. Thank you for your understanding Guest access The house is fully available to the guest. In the area of the boiler room there is a common access to the outdoor area. However, the property is additionally delimited by a second door. Other things to note Since our house is run as a vacation home, it is only suitable for fitters to a limited extent. Bookings by contractors or students are possible with prior consultation only. A €200.00 security deposit is mandatory. This must be paid to the host upon arrival. Guests of Gerolsteiner Land will pay a contribution of 0.75€ per night in all accommodations from January 1, 2024. Exceptions apply for children up to the age of 6 and business travellers. From March 2026, the Wiesentalstraße in Lissendorf will be renovated. This may cause noise and limited access to the vacation home at times.
