A rustic, secluded self contained Cabin beside a lake, set in the heart of rural Wiltshire. Take yourself back to nature and enjoy far reaching views in this peaceful off-grid setting. Enjoy stargazing around the fire pit and snuggle down in front of the log burner. We're veggies here so we ask that no meat is cooked on the premises, this includes inside the cabin itself as well as in the South Barn space. There is a good outdoor bbq for meat lovers though! Thank you. The space Electricity free and eco friendly with a basic solar powered shower and ecological toilet. There is also a fully fitted kitchen and wetroom with hot shower available a short walk from the cabin in the South Barn if preferred as well as access to power sockets. Please note that during the winter months, due to the cabin shower being solar powered, it may not get very warm. There is a log burner located in the cabin which we supply an initial basket of wood and kindling for. If you run out of kindling, why not go foraging for some in the field around the cabin? Just another aspect which adds to the rustic stay. For your information, we don't use chemical cleaners or disinfectants; we use microbial products that work to repel viruses and pathogens, and rebalance our residential and office spaces. Let's all stay safe! We are dog friendly however we do ask the following: 1) If the weather is not great on your stay, please ensure that dogs remain off the outside chairs unless their paws have been cleaned. This is to avoid further stains. 2) Above also applies to the bed, please ensure paws are dry before allowing them on the bed. 3) Please also ensure that all dog mess is picked up around the cabin area and on the paths. The cabin measures 3.7m by 3.7m inside, with comfy outside seating on the porch. Guest access We ask that you do not drive over the field to the cabin, especially in the winter months. We have a trolley you can use to transport your goodies, or just ask us in advance for a lift via the quad bike. The cabin is located about 175m from your parking spot. Other things to note Our Microbz business brews liquid fermented probiotic food supplements on our property across the road. We are happy to show you the brewery in operation.
