The guest suite has a screened in front porch, fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for cooking, dining table and 4 chairs, a spacious living room with a pullout couch to sleep 2 guests, and a separate table for guests needing a workspace. A luxurious bathroom with a walk in shower. The spiral stairway leads to a loft bedroom with a Queen bed. Guests will enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful views. The suite is the perfect getaway for couples, small families, or a girls weekend. The screened in front porch and the large lighted patio with a hot tub will definitely be a highlight! There is no TV, but there is WIFI if you wish to bring your devices. Please note that the spiral stairway is narrow. The guest suite is adjoining a home. Please respect the neighbors and their space. Guests have access to the back patio and private front porch. Guests may use the side yard. We are available if you need anything! Walmart and Weis both within 10 minutes of the house, Within 30 minutes drive of King of Prussia Mall, Longwood Gardens, as well as Intercourse, Amish Attractions and the outlets. Car, Uber **Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents that occur in or near the hot tub, enter at your own risk **We offer a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities which is generally enough for shorter stays, but after that is used up it is the responsibility of the guest to provide for themselves. **This home has weekly lawn/and hot tub maintenance. Please be advised someone may enter the property for these purposes. **Any items left at the home can be shipped but require a $25 fee in addition to the cost of shipping.
