Common areas include large living room, dining area and lounge and outdoor spaces in front of the house with a shaded patio and back yard dining area with bistro lighting. Guest access Guests can use tennis court so bring your rackets and tennis balls, children swings, ping pong table, full kitchen, dining area, outdoor dining under the stars, picking fruit from hundreds of mature trees and lounging in shaded hammocks. Other things to note We pride ourselves on living in a chemical and toxic free environment. We provide biodegradable shampoos, dish soap and clean with water and vinegar and phthalate free laundry detergent. There is NO SMOKING anywhere on the premises. Please respect our neighbors and community and refrain from making loud noise after 10pm. This is a shoe free home, please leave your shoes outside by the front door. Food is to be enjoyed in the kitchen and dining area, not the living room or bedrooms please.
