For a relaxing stay for 1 - 2 adults, everything your heart desires is there. Private entrance, large, light-flooded living/bedroom (29 m²) with large double bed, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bicycles for excursions, a small terrace with seating in front of the house. The space The apartment consists of a hallway area on the lower floor, which can be reached through the entrance door, where 2 rental bicycles are also parked, you will find 2 folding chairs with cushions for the terrace and the street shoes should be deposited in a shoe rack. Slippers are ready for going upstairs to the actual living area. The stairs lead to the open, spacious kitchen area, where everything is available for preparing meals and a cozy get-together: a fridge-freezer, an oven, an induction stovetop, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, other kitchen utensils, etc. A basic set of spices and basic foodstuffs (muesli, muesli ingredients, pasta, rice, coffee, tea, water, spices, oil, vinegar) may be used free of charge as long as this is done in the house. A small selection of drinks (wine, beer, champagne, Fassbrause, non-alcoholic beer) as well as snacks and a few ready-made meals are available for a small fee. Through the hallway you reach the bathroom, which is equipped with a shower bath, sink, toilet, washing machine and dryer. Towels, bath towels, washcloths, 2 bathrobes, shower gel, soap, are available. In the large, approx. 29 sqm, bright living/sleeping room there is a large, 1.80 m wide double bed, a clothes storage with hangers, a small wardrobe, a dresser. The living area can be visually separated from the sleeping area by semi-transparent curtains if desired. In the living area there is a large sofa for two, which can also be used as a sofa bed, a large armchair, a small table, shelves, a satellite TV. In the apartment there is also a small "office" that is not accessible to guests, where some personal items and supplies are stored. Guest access It is a self-contained apartment with a separate entrance to which only guests have access. Only a small storage room is not accessible to guests as well as some cabinets downstairs in the hallway. You can currently also get the key "contactless" if you can specify your arrival time that is relatively accurate. Other things to note It is very important to me to emphasize that this is a non-smoking apartment! Smoking at or out of the window is also not allowed! Smoking is allowed on the terrace in front of the entrance.
