KITCHEN The kitchen offers monochrome tiles, white fittings and includes all the amenities you will need during your stay. LIVING & DINING ROOM The light living area is spacious, with high ceilings and plenty of natural light, as well as Parquet flooring. The room comprises two large bookcases, either side of the fireplace, as well as eclectic artwork on the surrounding walls. The seating comprises a sofa, with colourful armchairs and a central coffee table. This room also includes a long dining table and white benches for seating, for a relaxing place to enjoy dinner. BATHROOM The bathroom includes a bath, shower attachment and basin, with white fittings throughout. WC There is a separate WC and basin for convenience. MASTER BEDROOM The white master bedroom has a relaxing feel, with a large bookcase, a King-size bed and interesting artworks forming a feature on the wall above the bed. By the window, there is also a television as well. **To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old.** - As of May 2022 onwards : there is heavy construction next to the building causing some noise during working hours on week days - 8am 6pm When your booking has been confirmed we will ask you to fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and booking details. Please note you will need to provide official photographic identification document. This enables us to provide you with a more personal service and offers an extra level of security for both our guests and our homes. Guest access Check-in is between 3pm and 9pm.
