We cater to people who travel for work. Our place is close to restaurants and dining. You’ll love our place because of the neighborhood - near the garden district, airport, and Bay View. No unauthorized overnight guests or pets. No smoking in unit. You MUST let us know about pets before booking is finalized. All pets MUST have up to date shots and be fixed. No outdoor cats. Some pets are not allowed due to insurance and an additional charge will be added. Windows are to be closed when not in unit. WiFi code on back of entry door to vestibule. Air conditioner not to be run when outside temperature is below 60 outdoors. No pets allowed unless approved before booking. There will be an additional cleaning fee for pets. If you have allergies or can’t handle the occasional barking dog noise, it is advised not to stay here. No smoking allowed in unit. We live in this building. One of us is generally around.
