With free roadside parking it has its own step free access via the side of the main house. This cosy, modern, light and peaceful self contained ground floor property has an open plan kitchen/living room with bi fold doors into the courtyard, one double bedroom with king size bed: chest of drawers and hanging rail and 1 ensuite with large shower.. The established garden has table, chairs, parasol and bbq for your use. No pets or smoking.
