Called the Dam House, this was once a functioning electric producing "Dam Building" that was converted into a riverside getaway in 1975. This unique house sits on the Elk River in Noel MO with a wrap around deck featuring amazing views year around. The downstairs is like stepping into a rustic lodge with a large stone fireplace and rustic decor. There is a loft space for kids to watch tv. A spiral staircase leads to the upstairs rooms. The space Guests enter through the gated entrance that is shared with 2 other properties. Other things to note There is a grill (propane) and fire pit.
