Stay in a beautifully restored log cabin with your own gardens & forest! A fine example of the wooden architecture found only in the Carpathian foothills of Poland. A national park location within easy reach of all regional attractions and airports. The space On the ground floor, there is a cozy kitchen with a wood-burning stove, a gas hob, and an electric oven, a living room with a dining table and a sofa, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a small bedroom with a double bed. The upstairs accommodation comprises one huge, double master bedroom overlooking the hills opposite and one twin which overlooks the mountain stream below. The log cabin is accessed via a tree-lined drive, which opens out into a huge, enclosed garden with tree swing, and outdoor shower and WC. There are also BBQ and firewood for you to use in the shed. A the back of the house there is gradual drop to a mountain steam. The foot bridge over the stream leads up a steep and densely forested hill side, whilst the meadow directly opposite softly undulates towards a secluded copse ideal for picnics. Guest access Guests enjoy access to all the areas and facilities mentioned above. You are encouraged to enjoy and explore the 20 acres that come with the cabin, but please be aware that some areas are steep and densely forested. There is also free WIFI and parking for 3 cars, and a washing machine in the bathroom. General cleaning supplies, hair dryer, soap and toilet paper and clean towels are all provided. Other things to note Water and radiators are heated electrically, but on freezing winter days, we recommend additionally heating the house and water with a wood-burning stove. Large amounts of firewood are provided. The water comes from a well and is of very good quality. In the kitchen, there are herbs available for our guests, collected from our forests and meadows. It is possible to offer guests additional activities in the form of drawing or painting workshops, as well as developmental and culinary workshops for children, adults, and entire families.
