A fully serviced and equipped kitchen. Open plan kitchen/lounge and dining area. There are 5 bedrooms, bedroom 1 has a double bed and bathroom en-suite with a shower, toilet, and basin. Bedroom 2 has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and basin. Bedroom 3 has 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed, sleep, 3 people. Bedroom 4 has 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed, sleep, 3 people. Bedroom 5 has 1 double bed and 1 single bed, sleep, 3 people. There are 2 sleeper couches and 1 single bed in the open loft area. 2 bathrooms for rooms 3,4 and five 1 bathroom is a shower, basin toilet And another bathroom is a shower, bath, basin, and toilet The Main House sleeps a maximum of 16 people. The 2 main bedrooms have air conditioners. 1 of the bedrooms has a portable aircon The other 2 bedrooms have ceiling fans. Please ensure that the doors and windows are closed if you have the air conditioning running to ensure effectiveness. If you are going out for the day, please switch them off as you leave. Guest access You have access to the Main House. Other things to note **Please be advised that you will need a 4x4 vehicle to gain access to the property due to the sandy roads.** The swimming pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk. No beds/mattresses are to be moved from any of the bedrooms due to damage caused whilst doing so, the breakage deposit will be retained should you do so. WHAT TO BRING: drinking water food drinks toiletries sunscreen mosquito spray beach towels STAFF TIP Main House - R100 per day this included the day of arrival and day of departure. Double Apartment - R50 per day this included the day of arrival and day of departure. Family Apartment - R50 per day this included the day of arrival and day of departure. REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT: A refundable breakage deposit is payable 1 month prior to arrival and refunded within 14 days of departure: Main House, Double Apartment, and Whole House is equal to 1 night's stay. EARLY AND LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT Late check-out is on request only. This is due to incoming bookings on the day of your departure. Should the house be available, we will deduct the extra charge, which is the equivalent of 1 night stay, from your refundable breakage deposit. If the whole house is booked, a R2000 charge will be levied for early check-in and late check-outs. No Pets are permitted at any of the houses. Loud music, parties, and functions will not be allowed. House rules in all Estates have a noise level cut-off of 10:30 pm. Should you not adhere to these rules I will retain the full breakage deposit. *Should a group of youngsters book the property, kindly NOTE no under 25's without parental/adult supervision.*
