Vacation home on the Schwarzes Moor farm

The building is charmingly located directly on the edge of one of our former heathland sheep pastures. Our apartment is suitable for two/four adults and up to two children. Next to the apartment, there is a playground, sunbathing area and seating area of about one acre (2500 m²) at your disposal. ##################################################### FOR BUSINESS TRAVELERS, THERE ARE OTHER CONDITIONS THAT WE WILL BE HAPPY TO PROVIDE UPON REQUEST/BOOKING. The space A large living and sleeping room offers plenty of space and a double bed for adults in addition to a fully equipped kitchen. For the children there is a separate room with separate sleeping facilities. In the children's area, an additional double bed is also available. A bathroom with shower, bathtub, toilet and washing machine completes the offer. For our guests, self-catering is just as possible as participating in our family's meals (by arrangement). The apartment is built according to ecological building aspects. Clay and wooden walls create a unique indoor climate. In addition to a telephone, a Wi-Fi connection is also available. Guest access In addition to free access to the apartment, you always have the opportunity to buy small items in our farm shop, even at night! Furthermore, you can move freely on almost all of our areas. Other things to note Pricing: Unfortunately, not everything can be displayed in the pricing of airBnB. Therefore, at this point: 1) For infants up to 2 years old, we charge an extra charge of €10.00/infant/stay. 2) For arrivals after 8:00 pm, we charge an additional fee of €5.00. These surcharges are to be paid in cash and are not (!) shown in the AirBnB booking confirmation! However, they are part of the contract when booking, even without mention in the booking confirmation. Number and type of beds: And by popular demand, here is a more detailed description of the bed situation. In the main part of the apartment you will find a double bed. Above this main room, the children's area can be reached via a steep staircase/ladder. Here is another double bed. From this room, two dormers branch off, each of which has another bed. These dormers have a "cave-like" character - ideal for kids and teenagers to crawl into at night - to escape the access of adults and to read secretly. But difficult for some adults to reach (height and build). In addition to these sleeping places, we offer a crib for toddlers in the main room.
