• For late check-outs, the check-out time is extended for an extra fee after informing us according to the availability of our villa. • Half of the rental fee for the days you book is paid by bank transfer. • Half of the rental fee is non-refundable for reservations canceled up to 5 days before the check-in date. (An extra fee is charged per person for more than 4 people.) • A cleaning fee of 250 TL is charged. If left clean, your fee will be refunded.
