HostnFly offers you this beautiful 62 square meters apartment in Chamonix's hypercentre! The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 mezzanine, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. It's ideally located close to all the shops (grocery stores, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, bars), Chamonix train station and ski lifts. The location is ideal for doing everything on foot! You're sure to enjoy your stay with family or friends. The space Update April 2023: construction work for a new building next to Parc du Mont Blanc is currently in progress, and should carry on until 2025. We wish to apologise in advance for any inconvenience or disturbance caused. Maintenance work will take place in the building until early December 2025 (painting, carpet replacement, and woodwork refurbishment), from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Access to the apartment will remain normal. Thank you for your understanding. The flat is located on the 3rd floor (no lift) of a charming residence close to the city centre and the Parc Couttet as well as the famous Maison des Artistes created by Manoukian. This duplex flat is composed of a beautiful living room with a sofa bed opening onto a spacious corner balcony with a view of Mont Blanc, a bathroom, a shower room, a kitchen area, two double bedrooms and a mezzanine. It is ideal for a family or a group of friends. Each of the two bedrooms has a double bed, while the mezzanine is an open-plan room with two single beds. All rooms have storage cupboards. On the ground floor you will find a double bedroom, a shower room with WC and the living room with sofa bed, lounge - dining room and kitchen. On the first floor you have access via a staircase to the mezzanine area, the second double bedroom and a bathroom with WC. The large balcony with a view is perfectly arranged to allow you to take your meals outside when the sun is shining. You will have everything you need to have a great stay: Parking / Garage, wifi, Ski room, Senseo coffee machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Raclette machine and Kettle. The resort is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favourites with you! The Chamonix train station is a 5 minute walk away and transport (bus and train) is free thanks to the guest cards given in the flat. The bus stop or train station is only a 5 minute walk away and the transport will take you to all the ski areas in the valley. For the more courageous, the Brevent gondola is a 15 minute walk away with a nice climb to consider which allows you to get ready for the slopes! A ski hire shop "O'shop" is also a 5 minute walk away and will offer you a 20% discount on presentation of the flyer left in the flat. On the same square, you will find a SPAR supermarket for your small shopping, but also a pharmacy, a tobacconist's and a delicious bakery at 5 minutes from the flat! A professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveller. You'll have a transport card for free travel on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine, and reduced fares on Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).
