The Sea Cove - Cozy 2-BR Very Close to Ocean

Located at 7 I St directly next to the beach & boardwalk, this property features a 2-Bedroom rental & sleeps up to 7 people. Full kitchen w/all the amenities, granite countertops, washer/dryer in unit, full bathroom w/bathtub, living room, 1 queen bed & twin over full beds, pull-out double futon, cable TV, internet & propane grill. Propane tank will be present, however propane itself is not provided. There is also outdoor courtyard w/gazebo, lights & outdoor seating for grilling, eating, hanging out, & an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day on the beach. Outdoor shower, grill & picnic area. Parking is not included but may be available for an economy rate, you can inquire at anytime after booking to see what can be arranged. All mattresses will have protectors on them, a few starter rolls of toilet paper are always provided as well as a bath mat however, linens are NOT provided. There are two almost identical units at this location, in which we may interchange one for the other. Decor/BR/beds/bathroom/amenities are all identical to each other. We allow pets for a one-time pet fee of $150.00 for the first pet, $75.00 for any additional pet. We can host a maximum of 3 pets. Early check-in and late checkout could be added based on availability & an additional fee. Reservations under seven nights may require additional fee.
