Lovely self contained, super clean one bedroomed annex with its own entrance and small outside space with table and chair in a beautiful garden. Welcome breakfast pack. A car is essential. Semi-rural location in AONB within easy access to restaurants, towns and villages by car. Not suitable for on road cycling. Lovely cross country walks from the property and close to the Greensand Way and Devils Punchbowl. An hourly bus service operates Monday to Saturday at the end of our lane. The space A really comfortable cosy space - small bedroom with single bed, desk, wardrobe area. Living area with snuggle sofa, fitted kitchen unit with sink, microwave, fridge with freezer section, 2 ring hob. TV. WiFi. Dining table and chairs. Fully fitted shower room. Luxury organic 400 thread bed linen, 100% Egyptian cotton towels. The Annex is attached to the main house but has its own entrance door to outside. Guest access Access to the annex is via the rear of the main house across patio to private entrance. Off street parking to front of the house. Small patio area with outside table and chair available for guests. Other things to note There is a washing machine and dryer in the main house. We charge a flat rate charge of £7 per load should you wish to avail yourself of this service.
