Fantastic lakeside apartment

1 bedroom apartment with views across the park & boating lake. Sorry there is no lift access to the apartment. The apartment is modern, clean, comfortable, has it's own parking space & is the perfect base to return after a day of exploring Cornwall. There is room for 4, with a double bed & a sofa bed. The apartment has a hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, tv/dvd, freeview tv, wifi, washing machine, over bath shower, maiden, hoover, iron & board if needed. A few minutes walk to Newquay Zoo. The space Great for couples or families with small children. The apartment occupies a fantastic location with views across the park and Boating Lake. Just a few minutes walk away you'll find Newquay Zoo, Tennis Courts, Crazy Golf, a Leisure Centre and a Miniature Railway. On the park is a tea room heading towards the zoo and across from the apartment is a popular café which becomes a very busy restaurant in the evening. Just a few more minutes walk and you will be in Newquay centre where you can explore one or all 5 of the lovely beaches with plenty of activities including surf schools. Head down to Lusty Glaze to try jet skiing, abseiling and many more or walk down to Newquay Harbour and book a sea safari trip where you might see the dolphins. Newquay town has various shops, pubs, and restaurants. The apartment has an open plan living area which is a perfect space with a door opening on to the balcony but has the privacy of a separate bedroom. There is room for 4 with a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area which is ideal for 2 children or one adult. It comes very well equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, tv/dvd combined, cable tv, wifi, washing machine, maiden, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board should you need them. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and a under sink cabinet. Guest access The balcony over looks the boating lake and Trenance park with views reaching the fields across the river Gannel. Newquay Zoo is just a short walk away and in the opposite direction you will find the river Gannel walk when the tide is out. Other things to note The bed is an ottoman bed where the maiden, quilt & pillows are kept for the sofa bed. The safe key is kept on the keyring with the front door. There is a bus stop about 2 minute walk
