Ilha Azul is a private double-story home in a quiet area of Ponta do Ouro, just a 2-minute drive from the beach and town. Guests enjoy exclusive use of the spacious garden, swimming pool, and ground-level section of the home, with their own separate gated entrance and parking area. The home offers 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (3 en-suite), a modern kitchen, a large living area, DSTV, braai area, and a peaceful, private stay. The property offers a peaceful and very private stay. PLEASE NOTE * Towels are not supplied - please bring your own bath and beach towels * Complimentary dishwashing liquid, laundry powder, and toilet paper are provided * The house is serviced daily * Staff are available to assist within reasonable hours CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Check-in: From 2:00 pm Check-out: By 10:00 am SWIMMING POOL We hope you enjoy the swimming pool during your stay. Please supervise children at all times and use the pool area at your own risk. Diving is not permitted, as the pool is approximately 1.4m deep. LAUNDRY The staff can assist with small amounts of daily laundry. Should your group require excessive laundry services, please arrange this directly with the staff. HOUSEKEEPING To properly maintain the house, staff require approximately one hour daily to clean and service the guest section of the home. We kindly ask guests to allow them reasonable access during this time. POWER CUTS Although electricity supply in Ponta do Ouro has improved, occasional power outages may still occur, especially during peak periods or thunderstorms. We recommend bringing torches as a precaution. Candles are not advised due to fire risk. Other things to note The swimming pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk. Should the property be booked by a group of youngsters, kindly NOTE no under 25's without parental/adult supervision. REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT: R1500 The Refundable Breakage Deposit needs to be paid in full one month prior to your arrival date and will be refunded to you within 14 days after your departure date. This is due to incoming bookings on the day of your departure. Should the house be available, a fee of R1500.00 is payable; check out by no later than 3 pm. No pets are permitted at any of the houses. Loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed. All guests must comply with the rules of the estate in which they are staying. Absolutely no noise is allowed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Failure to comply will result in a warning. If the issue occurs again after a warning, the full breakage deposit will be forfeited. Continued non-compliance may result in guests being asked to vacate the property immediately, with no refund for any unused nights.
