Car: 10 minutes to Vitemölla beach with surfing school, Vik Golf Course, paddle tennis, tennis, Stenshuvud National Park, close to Icelandic horse riding, yoga, hiking. Everything is available - in the heart of Österlen. The space The accommodation is stylish, comfortable and very beautiful with sea views. The living room has seven meters in the ceiling, a large fireplace and glass doors straight out to the terrace facing the sea. The two large bedrooms on the lower floor have their own glass doors that lead straight out to the terrace. Both bedrooms have sea views. On the first floor there is a bathroom/toilet with sauna and laundry room with separate toilet. Note: Only for groups staying at least 5 days. Bedroom 3 is on the upper floor, 65 sqm, 6 beds, ocean view. Bedroom 4 is a mezzanine - a large balcony room with two beds and views of the living room. Up here there is a third toilet that is shared by bedrooms 3 and 4. -The stated price is for 4 people and does not include the use of the laundry room. -For more than 4 people or use of laundry, there is an additional cost (by agreement) - Cleaning of kitchen appliances, used dishes, and toilet is the responsibility of all guests. Guest access Parking is available adjacent to the property. If necessary, bicycles are available to borrow. Bus 3 runs regularly from Kristianstad C and Simrishamns C. It stops outside Kivik Vandrarhemmet, at the market field on coastal road 9, and from there it is about a 15-minute walk to the house. Bus 3 stops in all small communities along the coast, such as Brösarp, Vitemölla, Rörum, Vik, Baskemölla. From Simrishamn C, buses connect to the villages inland, Vitaby, St Olof, Borrby and others, and to the coastal villages south of Simrishamn. From Simrishamn, buses and trains also go to the rest of Skåne and on to Copenhagen. Other things to note The house is connected to Himlahav - our other large farm. At Himlahav, there are additional beds for 12 people, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, large yoga room, Icelandic horses and a large lodge with room for up to 100 people. Thus, there is the possibility for larger retreats/weddings or other events. We have several contacts in the food and music industries and can assist in the event.
