Private location in nature, but with proximity to everything. The space Please read this information again before booking! This house is over 250 square meters. Currently, our cleaning company charges a fee of SEK 3,000 for each cleaning. We have good ratings for cleaning, but we have had guests with unreasonable demands, and we definitely don't want expectations that we can't meet! We therefore ask you NOT to book this house if: 1. You have extremely high standards for cleaning. Are you aware that you are demanding that it be basically cleaned as if for a move for you to be comfortable? Then you can order it in advance for a higher fee. This is NOT a hotel. The house is cleaned for six hours before each group, but if you want more than that, order additional cleaning! 2. You have extremely high demands for a garden. We mow the lawn and clean the outdoor areas, but we're not a hotel, so it will NOT be perfect! Please be aware of this BEFORE you book. There is a huge amount of work involved in renting out this house, and it is really SO disheartening to get a poor review because guests have hotel expectations. We usually have the opportunity to come down quickly and fix things if something is wrong, but we cannot promise perfection from the start. Now to the house! Architect-designed house with sea view. The living room has a seven-meter ceiling, a large fireplace, and a terrace facing the sea. Toilet KITCHEN: We have to keep the amount of dishes down, as we've had a lot of problems with guests leaving dirty dishes behind, and it's not possible to wash such large volumes after each group before the next one checks in. There are 12 sets of cutlery, plates, saucers, bowls, drinking glasses, glasses, wine glasses, and mugs. In addition, there are two salad bowls, two serving platters, four pots, and two frying pans. It is possible to buy it at Ica, which is five minutes away by car. Guest access Parking is available at the property. Bus 3 runs regularly from Kristianstad C and Simrishamn C. It stops outside Kivik Vandrarhemmet, at the market field on coastal road 9, and from there it is about a 15-minute walk to the house. Bus 3 stops in all small communities along the coast, such as Brösarp, Vitemölla, Rörum, Vik, Baskemölla. From Simrishamns C, buses connecting to the villages inland, Vitaby, St Olof , Borrby and others connect to the coastal villages south of Simrishamn. From Simrishamn there are also buses and trains to the rest of Skåne and on to Copenhagen. Other things to note The house is connected to Himlahav- our second large farm. At Himlahav, there are additional beds for 12 people, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, large yoga room, and a large lodge with space for up to 100 people. Here is thus the possibility of larger retreats/ weddings or other events. We have several contacts in food and music and can assist in the arrangement.
