We live at the end of a cul-de-sac, near the school. We are well suited as a starting point to go to the beach or to Rostock. The apartment consists of a bright, fully furnished room (1.40 m bed for 1-2 people, desk & chair, wardrobe, TV), a complete bathroom (washbasin, shower and toilet) and a fully equipped kitchen (including stove, sink, large fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee machine, dishes, etc.). The apartment has a separate entrance. The apartment also includes a parking space and a cozy outdoor seating area in the countryside. Bicycle storage is available Please agree on arrival time..... Attention: There is no shopping facility here! Location: Very convenient location due to the proximity to the A20 highway entrance (about 3 km) and the "Papendorf" S-Bahn station with hourly S-Bahn trains to Rostock or Warnemünde. Distance to the center of Rostock about 4 km; Warnemünde (Baltic Sea beach) about 20 km. Note for travelers with dogs, the €24 applies to a maximum of 4 days. If you stay longer, please pay €5 per day directly. Guest access The entrance to the apartment is via a garage door, if you come by bike, you can park there and also charge it. Other things to note Linens and towels are provided. Everyone is responsible for "SUN"..... We are a normal village on the outskirts of the city, not a resort.
