The Atticus Hotel & Red Hills Kitchen (including a fantastic hotel bar) are right next door, and James Beard award winning Nick's Italian Cafe is two doors down. Valet service from the Atticus Hotel is also available on request for a fee. 3rd Street Flats does not provide daily cleaning service, however should you desire this for a longer stay please contact us and we can arrange an additional cleaning. We work to provide our guests with a fabulous independent travel experience and plenty of hospitality, including 24 hour access to the concierge team at the Atticus Hotel, for assistance both before and during your stay. As such we provide you with wine and chocolate on arrival and a complete guide to your flat, so you know how everything operates. We also provide you with the Atticus Hotel's custom bath and body products, a starter supply of coffee & tea, hairdryer, etc. Your flat will come with one set of towels for each guest, but if you need fresh towels during your stay, please let us know.
