The space This remodeled, 1st-floor condo is located in the El Velero building, conveniently close to Boquerón Village (Poblado de Boquerón), a hotspot in Cabo Rojo's southwest. Also known as "El Poblado" to the locals, the area is less than a 5-minute walk away. You'll find everything you need nearby: groceries, pharmacies, shops, and bakeries. Plus, there's the famous Pika Pika Restaurant right across the street, along with an Italian pizzeria and other tasty food spots. Beach lovers, rejoice! You're just a short drive away from some fantastic beaches and attractions like The Lighthouse of Cabo Rojo and Playuela (15 minutes), Playa Los Pozos (11 minutes), and Playa Buyé (7 minutes). To enjoy a sit-down meal inside, the dining table can seat 4 comfortably, plus there are 2 chairs at the bar next to it. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed and an ensuite full bathroom to accommodate 4 guests. The sofa can sleep 2 more guests if needed. To ensure a good night’s sleep, the bedrooms are outfitted with lovely linens, soft pillows, room-darkening shades, and air conditioning. Please note that air conditioning is available only in the bedrooms. Other things to note Puerto Rico is a beautiful tropical island, and with that comes the occasional power outage, which can happen unexpectedly and is unfortunately beyond our control. While these are typically brief, we appreciate your understanding and patience should this occur during your stay. The road leading to the property is part of the island's rustic charm, it may have some bumps or potholes along the way. We recommend driving slowly and cautiously to ensure a smooth arrival. Being in the heart of the tropics means you may encounter mosquitoes and other local bugs. We recommend bringing insect repellent for your comfort, especially during the evenings or when enjoying outdoor spaces. In case of regional water or power outages, the property does not have a water cistern or backup generator. Kindly note that any extra visitors must receive prior approval. Great for seniors with two small steps and no long stairs to climb. - The washer and dryer are inside the condo and are locked. They are unlocked when guests stay for three nights or more. - Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. - Kindly note that any extra visitors must receive prior approval. This is subject to approval and may incur additional fees. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. - There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security. - No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. - No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay. - High chair is available upon request. - Pets are allowed for a fee of $70 USD.
