The Lake - Turtle Cove

Waterfront home on Turtle Cove on Sebago Lake. At the end of a 1/2 mile dirt road, 5 acres has never been so peaceful. Sebago Lake is a large lake with plenty of room for boating including access to Brandy Pond and Long Lake via the Songo River, for 40+ miles of boatable waterway. Sandy beach, gradual entry. Entry into deep water off ladder at end of the dock. Canoe, kayak, and fishing poles all available for use. There is a 1/2 size basketball court. Dogs approved on case by case basis. The space Welcome to The Lake. Conveniently located 45 minutes from Portland, one hour from North Conway, one hour from Sunday River, and 25 minutes from Shawnee Peak. There's swimming, boating, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, and paddle boarding in the summer. Lots of great hiking trails to hike in the fall, and snow shoeing in the winter. Inside you will find hardwood floors, a large stone fireplace, and granite countertops. 3 bedrooms - the upstairs master and upstairs guest room are equipped with a queen sized beds. The downstairs guest room has a full size beds. There is a full bathroom off the master bedroom, and a full bathroom off the kitchen on the main level. Owners live on site in the finished, walkout basement. There is a barn with 2 horses on the premises, guests are prohibited from interacting with the horses unless the home owner is present. Dogs are not allowed in or around the barn area. Use of property, kayaks, canoes, raft/dock, and swimming are at guests’ own risk. Other things to note The laundry is shared, and located in the basement apartment.
