CALM IN THE COUNTRYSIDE

Pleasant independent house nestled in the heart of an old Champagne farm, located 20 minutes from Troyes and 2 hours from Paris. Families are welcome, as well as shoppers, tourists and workers of the week! ;) Everyone is welcome in our house... The space 90 m² house, fully renovated Fully equipped with sheets, towels, iron and ironing board, free Wi-Fi. Breakfast: available free of charge: tea, coffee, milk, juice, water and cereals. Beds made upon arrival For children: Outdoor playground (cabin, slide, swings and trampoline) + indoor games (books, dvd, coloring, lego, puzzles etc...) Private garden Secure parking Guest access At 7 bis of our street, You have a parking driveway for the car (visible in the photos of our listing). Your vehicle will be in your private garden, which you will close in the evening. For more autonomy, you have your own set of keys (gate and accommodation). Upon arrival, the gate will be open to allow you to enter your vehicle directly into the driveway. To notify us of your arrival and welcome you: A doorbell is located at the small gate. See you soon. Other things to note If you need to arrive earlier on a weekday, no worries. You just have to let me know a little beforehand (e.g. in the morning for the APM) so that I can organize myself to pick up our children from school. Thank you for your understanding.
