Copse House is the old village Police House. situated outside of the village in two acres, with its own paddock/stables. The garden and paddock are totally dog safe and secure. Guests have total access to the paddock if required to exercise their dog. One main bedroom with double bed. However the lounge has a sofa bed that we can provide bedding for existing guests/child. The Annexe is totally self contained, it has its own drive and enterance. Completed to a high standand The space Everything has been designed to create a relaxing environment. Very light throughout, grey accents with oak and stainless steel fittings. Vaulted ceilings and Velux windows allowing a light and fresh living space. A stunning fully equipped kitchen and dining area. A beautiful calming double bedroom, with a wardrobe and drawer storage to cater for your needs. An equally stunning bathroom with a walk in rain shower, to make things as easy as possible, a bespoke twin basin washing area. A comfortable lounge with two sofas, one converting to a double sofa bed for existing guests/child. We politely ask to know in advance if more than two people are staying. (we can also supply a travel cot too.) A large wall mounted TV with Sky. Sky Sports, Amazon Prime and Netflix. Sonos music system fitted throughout The Annexe. Upgraded WIFI with plug in direct access to the router. Secure safe Cycle storage that can store your much loved cycles, golf clubs or anything else you wish. Also access to a garage for kayak storage if required. Decking area to the rear of The Annexe. Sit and relax on the picnic bench, also two sun loungers on the grass when the weather permits, blankets supplied should you wish to watch the sunset in comfort. A gas BBQ and tools supplied for the al fresco diners. (May to September) The Annexe remains totally self contained and purpose built for privacy. Guest access Off road parking on the main house drive, also a separate secure drive to The Annexe should you wish to use. A digital key lock box is provided for access. A code to enable entry is provided the week prior to your stay, also supplied is full locational detail with photos. Other things to note Please note, there is some road noise, we stand alone outside the village. At night having the bedroom windows closed ensures the road noise is at a more than acceptable level. The bedroom is situated to the side of The Annexe and is fitted with full shutters. A Dyson heating/cooling fan is supplied should you need it. The lounge and decking area is to the rear of The Annexe. The Lounge as stated has a sofa bed, this can be used for existing guests that are agreed at the time of booking. The Lounge has Velux windows, a half glazed internal door and French doors to the rear garden, none of these have curtains or blinds, should you use the sofa bed to sleep, light will enter the room as daylight appears. The room is not overlooked so privacy is 100%. We politely request that over two guests or potential visitors during the stay are agreed prior to booking, these must be listed on the booking request for insurance reasons, also so we can assure you have the best possible level of comfort during your time at The Annexe. Guests requiring to bring a dog or more, we politely request the dog is never left on its own, it doesn’t scratch or chew, it will not enter the bedroom or be on the bed. Also the dog isn’t showered in the bathroom or enters The Annexe in a muddy or wet condition. There are so many stunning walks for people and dogs alike, preparing for these walks and the different weather conditions is advisable
