Close to the city center of Aix en Provence, in the small Provencal village of Puyricard, famous for its chocolate factory and vineyards, our villa with large garden of 600 m2 and swimming pool is the perfect place for a quiet family vacation in a secure residence. Decorated in a Nordic style, it has all the comforts you need. The space This house is our main residence and we love it. It stays cool in summer despite the heat of the South. The outdoors are really very pleasant. We rent it out so we can travel around the world. It's not a house rented by a professional but the house where we live all year round. So it's like going on vacation with friends. It is not a hotel service but a family and friendly home. Guest access You can enjoy the whole house and private pool. It is protected by an alarm but no barrier, so not recommended for families with toddlers. Please specify the age of the guests in your requests Other things to note A deposit of €600 will be requested at the beginning of the stay and returned within a week if everything went well (deposit not collected). The €100 fee advertised is that necessary to make the garden and pool impeccable for guests (intervention of a professional), but does not include the cleaning of the house, which remains the responsibility of the tenants.
