The space Three Twenty is a historic 1860s home located just steps from downtown Barnesville, featuring five guest rooms, each with its own private bathroom. One bedroom is conveniently located on the first floor, with no stairs required to access it, and includes its own private sunroom. The remaining four bedrooms are located upstairs. There is no full kitchen in the home, but guests have access to a small shared refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker for added convenience. A pullout sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space, though guests using it will need to share a bathroom. Guests can enjoy the home’s welcoming shared spaces, historic character and an easy walk to downtown shops, restaurants and local happenings. Secure coded entry to the house and individual guest rooms makes coming and going simple and convenient. Guest access With this booking, guests have private access to the entire house, including all five bedrooms and bathrooms, living and common areas, the downstairs sunroom, and guest refreshment area with a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Three Twenty’s guest rooms may also be booked individually through our separate listings.
