Al Palazz is a spacious, comfortable, well-equipped historic villa. Enjoy peaceful days by the private pool, meals on the terrace, and marvellous views. There are two large double bedrooms each with its own bathroom, two sitting rooms, and lovely gardens to relax in. The farm restaurant in the village is a joy, and there's a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area in the house. The charming town of Bagnone is close by and there are many good restaurants locally. Rental prices all-inclusive. The space Al Palazz is a 14th century "gentleman's house", on the square of a tiny Tuscan village. It's not just a rental - it's our lovingly-restored Italian family home. The rooms are large and the ceilings are high. Bedroom 1 has a super-kingsize double bed. Bedroom 2 has two single beds which can be made up as a kingsize double. Each bedroom has its own bathroom next door. Perfect for two couples or a family of four. There's a large kitchen and dining/sitting area on the first floor and a lovely beamed sitting room with valley views on the second floor. Rooms are large and ceilings are high. Thick stone walls and shutters keep it cool in summer in the traditional manner. The private pool is all yours to enjoy. It's set in extensive gardens which are carefully planted and cared for, with many different places to sit and relax. In season there are fresh fruit and vegetables you can pick. The pool is solar heated, so it's warm in June and September, which are delightful out-of-season months to visit. Guest access Al Palazz is all yours to enjoy! The private gardens and pool are just a few steps across the square, through a private gate and down some stairs. The house is in a lovely unspoiled area of rural Tuscany, full of pretty small towns and villages. There are delightful rock pools and walks on the doorstep, and good local food shops and restaurants. The Cinque Terre and the seaside are under an hour away, and Genoa, Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Parma make great city days out ... if you can tear yourselves away from the gardens and pool!
