With the purchase of the house in 2017, a complete renovation was carried out - transforming the barn into a guest apartment and the main building "House Anno 1895" into a holiday home. The historical building fabric was restored using old materials and, where necessary, new building materials. This has restored the building to its former glory. The space Haus Anno 1895 Built in 1895 on the former property of the " Herzogliche Haus Familien Eigenthum" in Schaafheim, in the first street outside the old town wall. Even before the construction of the representative school building, the gable brick building with barn annex was built by Adam Fischer. After expanding a food kitchen in 1941, further minor conversions took place. With the purchase of the house  in 2017, a complete renovation was carried out - with the expansion of the barn to an in-law apartment and the main building "Haus Anno 1895" to a vacation home. The historical structure has been renovated with new building materials using old and where necessary. This gave the building back its former splendor. This was the stated goal of the renovation that was completed in July 2019.
