The space Beautiful townhouse ideally located a 3-minute walk from the center of the village. Without neighbors, facing the maquis and quiet, you can relax in the shade of the pines. Close to the beautiful beaches of Courtade and Argent. ON THE GROUND FLOOR: - wooded terrace at the front: family outdoor table, sun loungers, umbrella; - living/dining room with TV, sofa bed (sleeps two people); - fully equipped American kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.); - Toilet. UPSTAIRS - BEDROOM 1 with its large terrace: two single beds (80 x 200 cm) or a queen size bed for two people; - private bathroom sink and shower; - BEDROOM 2 with balcony: one queen size bed for two people; - second bathroom with sink and spacious shower; - Separate toilet. Additional amenities: washing machine, clothes rack, hair dryer, ceiling fans, fire extinguisher, baby crib and baby seat for chair, cupboards and wardrobes, reversible air conditioning, towel warmer. Unlimited WIFI available FOR FREE. All duvets and pillows provided. Mattress covers and pillow protectors are changed at each rental. Cleaning is included. Dishwasher products, as well as cooking basics (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper), freezer bags, aluminum foil, tea bags and other basics are provided. Linens and towels are not provided, but can be rented for an additional fee (€25/bed for linens and €13/person for towels, bath mats). Pets allowed but with surcharge (€30 per animal for stays of one week or less, €50 beyond) Category 1 and 2 dogs not allowed. Other things to note Included are the cleaning of the accommodation (which must still be returned in a decent condition) and the welcome on arrival by Laurence, our concierge. She will provide you with the set of sheets/towels/towels if you have told us that you want to rent them for an extra fee. In this particular health period, it will be up to the Tenants to make their beds. At check-out, they are asked to strip the sheets. For people coming by car to Hyères: it is strongly recommended to book the parking lot at the Tour Fondue to take the shuttle boat on weekends and holidays in the off-season as well as in the summer (July – August) and for long stays.
