Dual Living Areas: Enjoy both an upstairs living room and a cozy downstairs den—perfect for adults and kids to have their own separate spaces. Entertainment Ready: Smart TVs are installed in every bedroom as well as in both the upstairs and downstairs living spaces, so everyone can watch their favorite shows. Bedrooms & Bathrooms 4 Bedrooms & 3 Full Bathrooms: Comfortable sleeping arrangements across four well-appointed bedrooms. Master Suite: Features an ensuite master bathroom complete with dual vanity (his-and-her sinks) for extra convenience. Comfort: Ceiling fans are installed throughout the home for personalized climate comfort. Kitchen & Dining Dining Room: Features a main dining table with seating for 6—ideal for group meals and dinner conversations. Eat-In Kitchen: Includes an additional breakfast table with seating for 4 for casual morning coffee and light meals. Highlights & Amenities Smart Climate Control: Centrally controlled by a digital Nest Thermostat located in the hallway near the master bedroom. Ceiling Fans: Located throughout the property to ensure continuous air circulation and cool airflow. Guest Access & Parking Parking: Includes access to a 3-car garage along with ample driveway parking for additional vehicles. Guest access Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire home. It’s also important that you list all guests included in the reservation at the time of booking. Additional visitors must be approved in advance. Other things to note Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. HOUSE RULES - Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book. - Guests with no prior reviews will need to send a copy of their driver's license or government-issued photo ID to complete and confirm their reservation. - No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping, etc.) is allowed inside the home. There is a smoke detector inside, and if evidence of smoking/vaping is discovered, there is a $250 penalty. Also, the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. - Parties/events are not permitted without advanced approval. Restrictions apply. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person fee and/or immediate cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without refund. No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds. - Check out is at 11 AM. Unapproved late checkouts are subject to a $50 fee. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay. - Do not use the address for any type of shipment. This is strictly prohibited. - Please avoid moving furniture. - This property is NOT pet friendly!!! -There are two garage doors that work. The third is not functional so please don't use it.
