Step into full sized tub with hand held or wall shower head. Shower chair available on request. Located behind the Home away from Home, Airbnb, acre large yard. The space This cottage is 930 square feet of very large rooms, central heat & air. Its location is detached, behind a large brick home that is also listed on Airbnb as Home away from a Home. You have full access to this cottage and share only the acre large the back yard with the main house. Same house rules apply to both houses. You can book both houses if they are both available for a large family gathering. There are outside security cameras to protect you and Property. There is a exterior long cable to tie your dog so it can play. This is a safe, quiet neighborhood on a cul de cycle street. Guest access Guest has full access to this Cottage and car port. However you share the back yard and initial driveway with Guest that occupy the brick home, that is called Home away from Home. You drive into the driveway and then around to the left on gravel drive to the cottage behind Home away from Home house. Those Guest are under same type requirements, guidelines, so we can give you as much privacy as possible. Other things to note Located close to most everything. We have a cable for a dog run. We do expect you to respect the neighborhood. We do expect you to keep property clean and leave it clean when you depart, to avoid additional cleaning fees. The cleaning fee is only a sanitation fee. You are responsible to leave it clean. This is a totally Non tobacco home. Extra fee for dogs, as a allergy free extra sanitation fee (Maximum $200.00) for special allergy free cleaning of air conditioning duck work system, in additional of $50.00 sanitation cleaning fee. Guest are required to clean the house before leaving and place laundry in washer and dryer per house rules. put a load on to wash early and then place in dryer, so you can put a new load on before you leave. If you have more trash than the trash cans will hold, please call us to have trash picked up. ALL TRASH MUST BE IN PLASTIC BAGS. trash pick up is Tuesday morning. THERE ARE EXTERIOR CAMERAS ON THIS PROPERTY FOR FOR SECURITY.
