Delightful house furnished with taste and love for art, consisting of entrance with kitchenette, living room with dining area and double sofa bed, bathroom, typical Alghero bedroom "alcove" with double bed (separable into two single beds). The house overlooks the promenade of the Bastions, from where you can enjoy the beautiful views of the bay of Alghero and Capocaccia, a stone's throw from Piazza Civica, an elegant gathering of the city ideal for shopping. The space This house was left to me by my father and has been in our family since the 1950s. With my brothers we spent in this house the years of our adolescence and for me Alghero is a place of fond memories and I have always been fascinated by the great cultural potential of this place, being a Catalan linguistic island inserted in a Sardinian language context. I always wanted this house to be my own private space and to reflect my personality. But now I thought I'd share my passion for Alghero with my guests, because I like to have contact with people from all countries and make my land and our sea known. The apartment, practical and secluded, on the ground floor in the heart of the city, is surrounded by characteristic premises and ancient monuments. Wide about 50 square meters, it consists of an entrance with kitchenette, a spacious and elegant living room and two bright windows facing the sea, a bathroom with shower cabin, an alcove with double bed (separable into two single beds) and a spacious wardrobe. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed for two people which can be either a double bed or two separate beds. Accommodates up to 4 adults + 1 child under 3 years old (crib available). It has three windows of which 2 wide and one smaller. It is equipped with an inverter air conditioner for winter and summer in the room and electric blades to cool the air in the bedroom, washing machine, TV, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, refrigerator with ice compartment (but not freezer), electric oven and microwave. Wi-fi and air conditioning are free. The house is ideal for a couple and friends, and families with small children are welcome! Being on the ground floor my house is very comfortable to carry strollers and various luggage. Guest access Guests can access every part of the house Other things to note The municipal tourist tax is due for a maximum of 7 nights: the amount will be communicated at the time of booking because it varies depending on the period. Do not pay children under 12 years old The entrance to the historic center by car is regulated by the ZTL.
