Private floor in charming farmhouse 45 min from Paris

Our house is located in a small village close to Maintenon and its Château, close to Chartres and Paris. In a bucolic and peaceful setting, you will stay in a beautiful fully renovated farmhouse and enjoy its private floor, its view of the countryside and its outdoor swimming pool (in season). You will appreciate it for the comfort and peaceful atmosphere that reigns there. The space Stopover to the Loire Valley castles, close to Rambouillet (15 min), Chartres (25 min) and Paris (55 min by car and direct train to Epernon 45 min), in a green and quiet setting, this renovated old 1900s inn invites you to relax. The floor is privatized but the common areas of the house are shared. You will enjoy two nice quiet rooms upstairs, overlooking the garden, one equipped with a comfortable double bed, a desk and a trundle bed (2 single beds) and the other with two single beds and a desk, each overlooking the garden. You will have your own bathroom with its large Italian shower overlooking the garden and separate toilet. Our swimming pool (8 meters x 4 meters - not covered but heated by heat pump) is available from mid-May (weather permitting) to September. It is secured by an alarm. All bed and bath linens are provided. We will welcome you in a friendly way, we are not a hotel, you will feel "at home". Available for eating: - outdoor table in the shade of a large walnut tree - outdoor barbecue - indoor table - equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker...) - space in the fridge if needed - Bed linen provided - Towels provided - No TV but WiFi access - Video projector and screen in the living room on request Guest access The whole floor, garden, pool, our living room and dining room. During your stay We will be there if you have any questions and we have documents on walks to do and excursions in the area. We speak English Other things to note If you have a vehicle, we are 25 minutes from Chartres, 15 minutes from Rambouillet and 1 hour from Paris. It is possible to park your car in the closed courtyard. Various dining options in Maintenon. (Please note, book for the evening during the summer). This home is not suitable for people with disabilities. We have a cat.
