Comfortable rural vacation home "Rhenus" for 2 people in nature reserve De Gelderse Poort. Located along a country road, in the middle of a green area near the Rijnstrangen nature reserve. The ideal starting point for wonderful hiking and cycling trips in the surrounding nature reserves or in the river landscape with its winding (car-free) dikes. Fully equipped (climate system, luxuriously furnished kitchen, WiFi) so you can enjoy a well-deserved vacation. The space The modern apartment is built in a former agricultural building. The old beams have been preserved, which, together with the sloping roof, makes it a cozy place to stay. The rural apartment has been preserved into an energy-neutral residence with a climate system that brings pleasant warmth in winter and nice even cooling in summer. From the small terrace, you can enjoy the sun and toast together to a nice vacation! Cyclists, hikers and nature lovers will find plenty to their liking. But cultural-historical visits are also possible within a short distance. The apartment is located on the small-scale nature campsite De Rijnstrangen. Throughout the year, you will be warmly welcomed and welcomed. From March to October, guests also stay at the small campsite, and you can regularly meet us for a friendly and informative chat about the beautiful, nature-rich area where you are staying. This is also possible from November to February, although you will see us at the campground a little less often. Niels grew up in the village of Aerdt and knows the Rijnstrangen as a hiking guide particularly well. From a love for the river landscape and the rich surrounding nature, we are happy to share the stories about the area with you. The dining area can be used as a personal workspace (power outlets provided) and is included as such in the amenities. If needed, we will be happy to provide you with a grounded and fused power strip to connect your laptop (and peripherals). You have a private WIFI router in the apartment. The speed is the maximum ADSL speed (Netflix SD quality). Fiberglass cables have been laid out and will be plugged in early 2021.
