Thresh Superior Rooms are brand new apartments, completely renovated in 2019. They are lavishly furnished with attention to details, modern colours and high quality accessories, located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood of Spata. There are five rooms totally, found on the first, second and third floor (with lift & stairs) of a new elegant building, 290 meters away from the high street of Spata. They are finely furnished and composed of a large and bright living room with two big sofa-beds, a dining area and a side fully-equipped kitchen with all electricity devices, where you can prepare your own dishes. They include high speed Wi-Fi internet and a flat screen TV. There is also a big balcony overlooking the garden and the town. From the living room you can access the hallway that leads to the two bedrooms. The one bedroom has one double bed the other one has two single beds. Each bedroom has a ample closet space. There is, of course, a beautifully finished and restored bathroom with a walk-in shower. You can also park on the street next to the building. The apartments are only a short walk away from banks, supermarkets, all-day bars, coffee shops, pharmacies etc. Guest access Check-in is by your self as there are keyboards on the front doors of the apartment and the room. The code is received on the day of your arrival via email when check-in opens (14:00 pm). Check-in starts at 14:00 pm and you can enter the room until the early hours of the next day. There is no possibility to check in before 14:00 pm There is no possibility to check out after 11:59 a.m. Other things to note You need to have access through internet.
