Our villa is located in the heart of the pearl of Comtat Venaissin, on a hill, on the heights of Pernes les Fontaines, in a calm and privileged environment with a breathtaking view of the Monts du Vaucluse and the Ventoux. You will be welcomed in a warm atmosphere where softness and comfort reign. Our villa can accommodate up to 7 travelers, ideal for 1 to 2 families with children. Completely renovated and air-conditioned villa of 170 m² on a fenced, wooded plot, not overlooked, of 1500 m² with a swimming pool of 4m x 8m, depth 1.5m secured by alarm. Private parking. Its charming garden composed of several terraces in terraces offers you different spaces for relaxation and games to satisfy young and old. It is a bright villa where life is good. We live in it all year round, so it has the advantage of being well equipped (plenty of storage space, dressing rooms at your disposal), functional thanks to its openings in all rooms which allow direct access to the different outdoor spaces . The house is open onto two beautiful terraces, one of which is covered, surrounded by nature, overlooking the garden and the swimming pool. You can also stroll through the antique shops of Isle sur la Sorgue, enjoy the Avignon festival or discover the cellars and products of our regions.
