Welcome to our lovely home in Lemmer. Located on the water and near the cosiest village in Friesland: Lemmer! The terrace faces south-west, so you can enjoy the sunset until late at night. The property has 3 bedrooms and space for 5 to 6 people to sleep. The unique location, and the open waterway in front of the door ensure that there is always something to see from your terrace. From the house you can walk or cycle straight to the village. Of course you can also do by boat, even more fun! The space Enjoy the tranquillity in Friesland for a while, without it being bored! The water, nature, the cosiness of the village; from this home, it is all close by. It is to rent boats nearby, to go and 'cruise' on the lakes of Friesland. You can keep the boat (a 'sloep' we call it in Holland) can be 'parked' in front of the house. There is also a pretty nice beach in the village. Last but not least, beautiful bike rides all around. There are 3 bedrooms. The largest bedroom has a king size bed. The second room has a bunk bed (mattresses are 80/200cm), this bed is not suitable for the heavier adult. The third room a trunk bed. This one is retracted during the day, otherwise there would not be enough room to walk around the room anymore. But for the night it fits perfectly. It is a lovely house, fully equipped and has a peaceful atmosphere. Final cleaning is mandatory and is 166,50 Euro. This includes bedlinen and towels. The beds will be made for you. For dogs we charge an extra 15 euros per booking. Guest access The whole house is at your disposal Other things to note Our neighbours also enjoy their rest, so after 10pm there should be no noise pollution. At arrival your beds will be ready and already made up for you, this is included in the cleaning price.
