The space This cozy barn features a two level converted home with 1 full size bedroom, 1 full size bathroom and an open floor kitchen/ living room concept. There is a full laundry room located on the first floor. Located within convenient driving distance of Savannah, Statesboro, Chateau 1800, District Square, and Pooler, you’ll have easy access to shopping, dining, entertainment, wedding venues, and local attractions—while still getting to retreat to the peaceful feel of the countryside at the end of the day. There's also enough open space to comfortably set up a pack 'n play, making this room a convenient choice for families traveling with little ones. Living room- ~Settle in on the comfortable seating and enjoy your favorite shows or movies on the 50 inch TV. Guests are welcome to log into your own streaming platforms during your stay. ~Looking for some family fun? We've included a variety of games for guests to enjoy and the spacious layout also provides room for an air mattress that can be provided upon request making the living room a convenient option for additional sleeping arrangements when needed. Kitchen- ~Our kitchen is stocked with the essentials to make your stay easy and comfortable. You'll find basic cooking utensils, pots, pans, baking sheets, spices, silverware, plates and cups----everything you need to prepare a quick breakfast, family meal or late-night snack. Start your morning with a cup of coffee frrom the Coffee maker, with K cups provided for your convenience. Bathroom- ~Enjoy a clean, comfortable bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in shower and everything you need to freshen up during your stay. Fresh bath and hand towels are provided, along with complimentary shampoo, conditioner and hand soap for your convenience. We've thought of the little essentials so you can pack a little lighter and enjoy a relaxing, hassle free stay. Laundry room- ~The laundry room has its own dedicated space on the first floor making it convenient during your stay. The space features a washer and dryer, deep utility sink and generous counter space above the appliances---perfect for folding clothes, organizing belongings, or handling laundry needs before you depart back home. HOUSE RULES: • No smoking or vaping indoors Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Guests should dispose of cigarette butts properly • No parties or events Please keep gatherings small and respectful. No parties, wedding, or events without prior approval • Respect quiet hours Quiet hours are 10PM - 8AM. Please be mindful of neighbors. If law enforcement is called to the property due to any type of disturbance by the guests you may be required to vacate the property without any refund for the remainder of your stay. • Maximum occupancy Only the number of guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight unless approved in advance. • No unauthorized guests Please let us know ahead of time if you plan to have visitors • Keep doors locked All doors and windows should be shut and locked upon leaving the property • Parking Parking is available on the property. Please park only on the loose gravel • Trailers and large vehicles Large trucks and trailers are welcome, but please park them in the designated/open parking area in front of the barn • No illegal activity Illegal drugs, unlawful activities or behavior that creates a safety concern are strictly prohibited • Fire safety No candles, fireworks or open flames inside the barn. There is a rope ladder and fire extinguisher for guests in the case of an emergency • Pets All pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival Up to two dogs are allowed on the property with a $60 deposit per animal No cats are permitted on the property All pet waste should be cleaned and disposed of promptly No pets are allow on beds, couch, chairs or any furniture There will be an additional fee if extra cleaning is required due to excessive pet hair • Dogs must be crated whenever guests are away from the property • Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets. Including, damage to furniture, flooring, walls, doors or other property • Please treat the barn, furnishings, appliances, and outdoor areas with care. Guests are required to report any damage or problems as soon as possible • Guests are not allowed in the lower part of the barn except for the laundry area. All other doors are locked and should not be tampered with Guest Access ~We will contact you day of arrival and provide a unique access code for our keyless, contactless entry system. Check- In: 3:00 PM (flexible when possible- please ask) Check- Out: 11:00PM (flexible when possible- please ask) We've created this space to be comfortable, peaceful, and convenient for our guests. Guest access For your convenience, we offer contactless, keyless entry to make check-in quick and easy • Parking: Please park in the gravel parking area located near the barn. • Entrance: The guest entrance is the second door on the side of the barn; closest to the back side of the property • Keypad Entry: Your unique entry code will be provided prior to check-in. Simply press the oval button at the top then enter your PIN on the keypad to unlock the door • Lighting: A security light automatically comes on at night near the guest entrance to provide additional visibility when arriving after dark
