This lovely little converted coach house is on the edge of the grounds of a country house, just 12 minutes drive from Winchester city centre. The pretty village of Twyford has your closest pub called 'The Bugle', as well as a great village shop, post office and the Bean Below for coffee. Shawford mainline train station is a 5 minute drive for easy access to London and Winchester. This is a perfect Hampshire holiday rental to suit couples, tourists or professionals needing to work in the area. The space The Space: A lovingly renovated light and airy building which has a downstairs sitting room with comfy 'sink into' sofa and french doors. The sleek white kitchen (with Breakfast bar) has Bosch appliances and a Lavazza coffee machine. Upstairs you will find a luxury bedroom and en-suite shower room . Outside on a small gravelled patio there is a bistro table and chairs for you to enjoy your morning coffee or tea in the glorious sunshine! Parking Parking for one car is directly outside the coach house (the driveway is shared with the owner whose property is situated close by). Having your own transport is essential as the property is in the countryside and public transport not easily accessible. Please note: This property does not have a washing machine but for longer stays the owner is happy to offer a wash and fold service for a small charge.
