Stansted Coach House - Luxury Apartment Sleeps 4

Stansted Coach House is a modern self contained detached apartment with own private entrance. The immaculate apartment sleeps up 4 people (plus 1 baby under 2 years of age) with 2 king size beds, storage, free wi fi & Sky TV (with Sky Sports, Netflix etc) & fully equipped kitchen. The private bathroom has a large walk in double size shower, toilet and sink. The apartment is located very close to Stansted Airport, in a picturesque safe and quiet village (7 mins taxi, 10 mins bus to Stansted) The space The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could need to make your stay as comfortable as possible and just like being at home. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dining table & 4 chairs (baby high chair is available upon request), mini oven/grill with 2 hob plates, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, microwave, kettle, sink, cutlery, plates, cups, glasses etc. We operate on the basis of only offering somewhere that we would be happy to stay at ourselves. As such we pride ourselves on our standard of cleanliness, comfort, quality and excellent friendly service. The living area has a 2 king size beds, clothes storage (hangers and drawers), armchair, free very high speed wi fi, free Sky satellite TV with hundreds of channels including Sky Sports, Netflix etc, mini bar (payable upon check out) and workspace. We are very family friendly and have made everything safe for children. The windows have safety locks installed (but the windows can be fully opened if needed - when young children are not present). We have a travel cot available for free if needed. There are 2 children's playgrounds and a park immediately opposite. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and large shower. Important: please note that the maximum occupancy is 4 people. 1 additional baby of under 2 years of age may stay in addition when using the baby cot. The occupancy limit is strictly enforced due to insurance policy reasons. Our aim is to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Please contact us in advance with any questions or requests. The apartment is less than 4km from Stansted Airport which is easily accessible by car, taxi, bus or from the train station which is a 7 minute walk away. It is a 7 minute drive/taxi to Stansted Airport or there is a bus which takes 10 minutes and costs just £2. We can help with arrangements, advice, local knowledge or providing low cost travel options/taxi details. London and Cambridge are also easily accessible by direct train services. The train station (Elsenham) is an 8 minute walk. We can help you plan your day our with expert knowledge, advice, hints and tips. The apartment is a in a quiet and peaceful street in the pretty village of Elsenham. The area is very safe and friendly. The view from the apartment is over the historic Alsa Wood forest and open fields which offer numerous picturesque walks and lead through to the nearby nature reserve. A small supermarket and takeaway is within a 5 minute walk. There is also The Crown pub which serves a range of excellent drinks and food which is 7 minutes walk. There are multiple food delivery options or a range of additional shops , bars and restaurants can be found in Stansted just a 5 minute drive away, or in Bishop's Stortford, which is within 10 minutes. Guest access Free parking included (parking is available only for the duration of your reservation). If you require longer term parking we recommend the official Stansted Airport car parks or the Just Park or YourParkingSpace websites or app which offers many lower cost longer-term parking options around the Stansted Airport area which are secure and safe. Other things to note Maximum occupancy limit is strictly 4 guests. In additional a maximum of 1 additional baby of under 2 years of age may stay. Due to insurance restrictions, this is not flexible. Any attempt to breach this strict condition will result in access being refused, booking immediately terminated and no refunds. Age verification will be required for the additional baby guest. We also require at least 1 guest to be over 25 years of age. Age verification will be required and this is not a flexible condition. Check in is possible any time from 2pm and there is no limit as to how late you can check in (we have a late check in service where the key can be left in a locked key safe - prior arrangements must be made with us to access the key). Check out is by 11am. Guests agreement to the apartment rules is required before access to the apartment is possible.
