Small village house The space Since 2015, Sylvie and Marine have been welcoming you to Paradis de la Poudrière in Ferriere-la-Verrerie, in their different accommodations for an evening, a weekend or a vacation! This cottage offers 3 separate bedrooms (sleeps 6). On the ground floor: a dining room with a seating area, sofa, TV, an adjoining kitchen and bathroom toilet. On the first floor: a bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 200), a second bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 200). On the second floor: an attic mezzanine with 2 single beds (90 x 200). Outside: small "courtyard" in front of the accommodation. EXTRA SHEETS, TOWELS AND CLEANING. ​ Guest access Close to the gîte, we invite you to come and walk to the Domaine de la Poudrière to enjoy the outdoors, the stunning views of the countryside and access to the owner's private ponds. There is a path for you to walk in peace around the ponds. The ponds allow no-kill fishing and wildlife watching. To the delight of young and old! Approach our animals in our mini farm. Their presence makes the charm and authenticity of the place. Other things to note SHEETS AND TOWELS This service is optional. If you do not wish to fill an extra suitcase with linens and towels, we can offer you some. With this service, you will also enjoy beds made upon arrival. RATES: • Bed: €12 per bed • Bathroom linen: €8 per person (one large bath towel + 1 small hand towel) All our cottages are equipped with 140/200 cm duvet for single beds and 220/240 cm for double beds or sometimes 240/260 cm. The pillows are all 60 x 60 cm. All bedding and pillows are protected by mattress protectors. Bath mat in the bathroom, 4 kitchen towels, mop and some cleaning products. HOUSEKEEPING The cleaning must be done on the day of your departure if you do not take the cleaning package option at the end of your stay. It is imperative to: - vacuum and clean floors, - clean the toilets, - clean the kitchen, appliances, - clean and store the dishes, - empty and dispose of garbage cans, - empty the ashes and clean the barbecue grills, - empty the fridge/freezer. BARBECUE OPTION (+ €30) CLEANING OPTION (+ €100) You can book this package upon arrival but it does not exclude the removal of your garbage and returning the house to the condition you found it in. The cleaning package includes: - vacuuming and cleaning of floors, - cleaning of sanitary facilities (sink, toilet, shower), - cleaning of the kitchen (fridge, sink, hob, oven, microwave). We reserve the right to charge you extra cleaning fees upon departure if these obligations are not met.
