The house is very quiet, in the middle of nature, detached with about 700 m² of garden (trees and meadow). Unobstructed views of meadows and forests, ideal for relaxing. Hiking and cycling trails are right outside the door or nearby. (Eifelsteig, Moselsteig, Ahrsteig, Rheinsteig, Krimiwanderweg). The legendary race track "Nürburgring" (Nordschleife) is about 30 km away. Other destinations: Cochem ( Mosel), Cologne(Rhein),Trier (Mosel), Koblenz(Rhein), Bonn, Aachen, Luxembourg, Dauner Maare (Aufen der Eifel) The space The house has an open construction with gallery. On the ground floor is a large living room-dining room with an open fireplace, which is only divided by the stairs to the upper floor. The kitchen connects directly. There is also 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with a shower. Upstairs there is an open space (gallery with couch and armchairs) and an enclosed bedroom. Garden furniture and grill are present.
