Bay Tree, fabulous, modern 4 bed house, Winchester

Bay Tree is a spacious house in a quiet semi-rural location close to Winchester. Please do not book for a party or loud gathering. There are four bedrooms (six beds) two with ensuites, a downstairs shower wet room, well equipped kitchen, separate utility room and a large lounge/diner. The house has an enclosed private garden with decking & bbq. There is a trampoline for children to play on in the next garden. Towels and linen provided for guest use. On drive parking for two standard cars. The space Bay Tree is a very spacious four bedroom house. It has its own private external entrance easily accessed from the drive. The house has not long been refurbished with three new bathrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything that you could need for a comfortable stay - fridge/freezer, oven, grill, induction hob, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine and separate tumble dryer. Set in a semi rural environment approximately a mile from the centre of Winchester and the train station. The house is in a residential area, the owners live on site and there are other serviced accommodation lets here on site also. Therefore no parties are permitted. We ask that noise levels are respectful. Shops, takeaways, restaurants and a children’s park are only a short walk away. Parking on the drive for two vehicles directly outside of the house, with one car blocked in by the second. Please let us know if you have more than two cars. Guest access Bay Tree has its own entrance that gives guests access to the entire house. Other things to note The house is in a suburban semi-rural quiet part of Winchester. Therefore if you want listen to excessively loud music late at night, we respectfully ask that you find an alternative property. Noise, particularly outdoor noise, carries a long way and can be heard all over this quiet neighbourhood. We obviously wish for guests to be able to enjoy their stay, however please be aware of the surroundings and be respectful of this.
