There is absolutely no on street parking allowed at any time - there are no parties of any type allowed at this property - dock lifts are not for guest use - the docks are seasonal. You may tie up to them. - the outdoor shower is seasonal - The detached garage apartment is occasionally owner-occupied. - BOATING: Boat trailers are not to be parked at the property at any time and can be stored at the public boat launch. There is a public boat launch half a mile from the cottage. The home has three lights on the lakeside: red, white, and blue for easy visibility from the lake when out in a boat. - there is no ice fishing, snowmobiles, or ATVs allowed at this property at any time. Violating this rule you will be asked to leave without a refund. Guest access You'll enter using a keypad code. When you arrive, enter your access code and wait for the green light to indicate it's accepted, then turn the handle to open the door. If the light flashes red, wait 5 seconds for the lock to reset and try again. You can create your own personalized 3-6-digit code during your stay if you'd like - just ask for instructions.
